Hello, everyone! Roree here to share a couple of fun projects using our new Back to Basics collection, specifically our 6x8 Sentiment Stamp Sets.
There are four different themes to choose from: Birthday, Congratulations, Get Well, and Thank You. Each stamp set comes with 40+ different sentiments in an array of different fonts that are perfect for mixing & matching!
For the first project, I used the Congratulations stamp set for sentiment on this star-shaped card.
I started by stamping my sentiments on a white cardstock circle with black ink. I layered that circle onto a larger circle and hand stitched around the outside edge. Then, I created the star using three different shades of pink paper from the Rose paper pack. I layered a paper doily and the stamped sentiment in the center of the star and embellished it with some pink rhinestones and a white bow to finish.
For the next project, I have a card by Becki Adams. She created this beautiful thank you card using the Thank You stamp set.
She started by stamping her sentiment in the upper left corner of her card with black ink. She add buffalo plaid paper from the Royal paper pack cut at an angle. She added ribbon along the angled edge for a fun detail. She then cut out two heart shapes using papers from the Rose paper pack, hand stitched around the edges, and layered the hearts in the center of the card to finish.
These Back To Basics 6x8 Sentiment Stamp Sets are so versatile and with so many sentiments to choose from, the combinations in each set (and between all four sets) are endless. They are a "MUST HAVE" for any card maker or stamper!
