Cut the card base at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and score at 4-1/4" on long side. Turn card base to portrait orientation and measure inward 1-1/4" on both the left and right sides, and cut down to the score line.
Apply adhesive to both of the 1-1/4" flaps and adhere them flat to the card base.
Adhere 1-1/8" x 4-1/8" patterned paper panels to both of the 1-1/4" flaps. Adhere a 2-7/8" x 4-1/8" patterned paper panel to the center flap. Embellish these three panels as desired.
Adhere a 2-3/4" x 4" white cardstock panel to the inside center. Embellish the inside panel as desired.
