Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping, within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

All returns require prior approval from Keep It Simple Paper Crafts. Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@keepitsimplepapercrafts.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@keepitsimplepapercrafts.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
