Make a Z-Fold Card with Snow Day Collection Paper

Add interest to your cards with a simple yet unique fold.  This project was created by design team member, Leslie.  She's used our Snow Day collection and Back To Basics enamel dots to create this fun project.

From colored cardstock, cut card base at 5-1/2" x 9-3/4" and score it at 2-1/2" and 5-1/2". From patterned papers in the Snow Day Collection Pack, cut front layering panel at 2-3/8" x 5-3/8", middle section layering panel (one for front and one for back) at 2-7/8" x 5-3/8", and right section strip at 1-1/2" x 5-3/8". From white cardstock, cut large sentiment panel for right section at 4-1/8" x 5-3/8".

Adhere front layering panel to left section, middle layering panel to middle section and white cardstock panel to right section. Add the strip to the right side of the white panel.

Adhere the other middle layering panel to the middle section on the back of the card base.

Fold on the score lines to form a backwards Z. Fold the front flap back toward the left and the middle section over toward the right. Use a bone folder to burnish. Embellish as desired. I used the Snow Globe Collection Stamps & Outline Dies for the focal image and front sentiment. I also used the Snow Day Collection Stamps & Outline Dies for the snowflake, along with several Back To Basics Royal Enamel Dots.

Stamp a sentiment on the inside in blue ink and add two snowflakes (all from the Snow Day Collection Stamps & Outline dies) along with a couple more Back To Basics Royal Enamel Dots.
