This adorable tag project was created by design team member, Allison. See a list of supplies below the tutorial.
- Cut three tags using ‘Tags #1’ die from Keep It Simple. Keep in mind the orientation of the patterns on the back of the paper.
- Take two of the tags and cut out two stitched rectangles that are one size apart. Here we used two rectangle dies 1 ¾ and 1 ¼. This creates two different sized windows.
- It's helpful to align the small rectangle within the previously cut larger rectangle tag to help with placement and give an even border.
- Attach acetate to the back of the windows using scor-tape and outline rectangles with foam strips ensuring that they are touching, so that Sprinkles stay put.
- Fill with Sprinkles and die cut pieces. (The heart-circle-star-flower reinforcer tabs from ‘Tag #1’).
- Make sure the larger window is the first tag in the sandwich. Attach the smaller window next, this creates a ‘Nested’ window within a window.
-Close up your double window shaker with the last tag that was cut.
- For this tag we cut out ‘To From Love’ and used as a negative on the back of the tag.
- This ribbon was cut to create more texture with frayed edges.
-Decorate front with die cuts. **TIP: add a cut green cardstock to back of die cut to hide the alcohol marker bleed.
