Payment Information
Our website provides checkout options for PayPal Express and credit cards. We are sure you will find checking out extremely easy, but should you have any questions, please use the Contact Us form. We don't store payment information in our system, so rest assured your credit card information is safe and secure.
Order Changes and Cancellation Information
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, and in order to maintain the quick shipping we are legendary for, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders. Should you need to make a return, all of our return information is listed Here.
Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within 3 business days. In order to offer you the quickest and safest shipping available, we ship via United States Postal Service or UPS whenever possible. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so please list an actual street address when possible. We offer the following shipping options for our retail customers:
Lower 48 States US Orders
- All orders under $100 will be given shipping options based on weight and size of pieces in the order.
- All orders over $100 will be shipped for free using Keep It Simple Paper Craft's choice of shipping carriers.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Orders
- Actual shipping cost is calculated based on weight and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping over $100 only applies to the lower 48 states and is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico orders.
International Retail Orders
At this time, Keep It Simple Paper Crafts does not ship internationally.
